praat (6.4.01+dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=medium

The praat-open-files command, which was declared obsolete in
version 6.2.13-1 of the package, is now finally removed. The
praat-open-files program and the Desktop file praat-file.desktop
have also been removed. The Desktop file praat.desktop is now
capable of launching script (*.praat) and sound files dropped on
it, thanks to the wrapper script praat-launch added in this
    version.

praat (6.3.18+dfsg-2) unstable; urgency=medium

The introduction of espeak-ng version 1.57 into the Praat sources
caused a FTBFS of the package on the i386 architecture. This was
caused by the loading of the file voices/!v/Demonic.

As a workaround, this file has been removed from the Debian
package, until the problem gets fixed upstream.

praat (6.2.13-1) unstable; urgency=medium

The source for the sendpraat command has been removed from the upstream
tarball in this version. Users should use "praat --send", which has a
    similar functionality.

The praat-open-files command is now declared obsolete and will
eventually be removed from the binary package. Users should use "praat
    --open" instead.

praat (4.4.14-1) unstable; urgency=low

Although the upstream tarball is distributed as version 4.4.14, both
the splash screen and the "What's New" section of the on-line
documentation tell that this version is 4.4.13. This is clearly a
    mistake on upstream's side.
